Went back school for NCC today.
and, some jaw-dropping scene did happen.
Instructions are pass down from higher authority down for Sec4s to fall in. (Gather)
due to slackness and waste of time.
The instructor initiate a pumping position to the Sec4s
heaven pump nia,
1 staff Sergent stood up, (first jaw drop event)
"Sir, i think this is very unreasonable of u to pump us"
The Instructor explains abit
that staff Sergent walked off (2nd jaw drop event)
Next, the Master Sergent (highest ranking) stood up (3rd jaw drop event)
"Sir, i agree with Staff Sergent "
and he ask his Sec4s to recover from pumping position. (4th jaw drop event)
and argue with the instructor.
What has become of the unit. LOLS!
so much for "No corporal punishment"
1. By standing up during punishment, is a fault.
2. By walking off, its a show of attitude
3. By overwriting instructions infront of the instructor, its abuse of authority.
4. Above clearly states actions of defiance.
Firstly to staff Sergent, ur actions today shows me how much ure taught at home.
or even in schools.
It may be a fact that we 2 Clts did not attend trainings for very long.
AND SO WAD!?

Basic respect to senior is not there.

Basic Discipline is not there.
Next to Master Sergent,
yes ure protective of ur men,
but, punishment is there for a reason.

its a fact that we cant be there for training.
becuz we dont wan go? no.
is becuz we have schools to attend.
THEY have become like this, its not completely their fault.
i find that we as instructors are also at fault as NOT having to teach and correct their mindset
RIGHT from the start.
