whenever im feelin down, or when the weather is seriously good, i would go for a run...
=D everyone has something they always like to do.. and for me... thats running =D i cant run as long or as fast as others, but.. i take it as a leisure..
to be able to run.. is 福... since im's still young.. shud take the opportunity to exercise more... =D ever since i started exercising xiongly, i can feel the body immune system did increase...

Overall: Its worth spending 6bucks to watch this show... even 8 is ok =D The part where he jus built his own suit "again" he went to bomb the places i like :P

=D good news.. i finally learnt the art of swimming -.- at least can slowly complete 1 lap ler.. wth~~ have that momentum of the feel of breast stroke... woOT! den thats iT!! i completed 1 round.. LOL!!
better den last week... go in count 10second i buey tahan liaos.. but today i bought my goggles along =D hahas! the school's pool is the olympic size.. ITS FREAKIN BIG... LOLS! and its dam clean~~ and lil chlorine... swee ahh!! shall swim more to build stamina in water.. =D
LOLS! actually 4 of us have a race in water.. lmaos!!! its like 4 idioits keep laughin at the stratch of 1m mid pool.. we were fighting against water resistance and chioning to the end and come back again.. xD water waves seriously slowed yy down.. xD hahas! he dam cute la.. loLs randy turn out to be the overall champion for water racing xD ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
today ran with yi yhu, michael, and randy.. omfg... additional of yy is addition to my stress.. T_T he run veh fast... LOLS! made me push myself dao over my limit... couldn't catch my breath after that...
