but for wad i can c... our team did quite well, thx for bharath, our leader...

well.. sometimes, things get messy and confused if the head is blur..
for wad i can say is...
As a leader, u need to have a clear vision of what u wan to achieve, wad u wan to do..

arrow things to ur man to do it... u jus have to have sure things get to be completed by the end of the day...
IF ur man needs help, they come to u den u help them... not by doing everything urself,
and making urself even more frustrated =D
=D this is esp for ppl like jk and fattah =D

when problems / situation comes, calm down and think of the solution,
dont strike back when problem comes...

no matter is human relationship, love, studies, stress management...
=D learn to look at things at a different manner, mayb u will find solutions to the problem..
Big things can become small, small things can become nothing!

from temasek JC bball team... wa piang... i tell u... SHE dam "eh sai zhao"
wa... lead us around admiralty area.. LOL! covered i think around 2.6km ~ 3.3km distance.. not sure how much specifically.. hahas!!
