i chit chat with her thru out that 6 rounds... and i hit 16min for 6rounds WITH talking :P
and after the 8th round cool down jog [for me] walking for her, i continue 2 fast round at lane3... =D hitting my life first 10th round around stadium... =D

after the 3sets of physical training... den shi qi was like busy lookin for us cuz she needs to go home... use allibert's phone to call my phone [beside her nia.. my bag]
